Intelligent, compliant and automated clinical documentation
In most cases, when a patient begins services they start with an assessment or similar tool that provides a foundation for building a quality treatment plan.
When an assessment is completed, it checks itself for compliance issues and must be complete in every required area. It can then be digitally signed by the clinician and a quality assurance reviewer if you choose. After the CDA is completed. it is saved and locked from future changes, ensuring compliance.
A treatment plan may now be created. All necessary and relative information from the CDA is automatically transferred to the new treatment plan. This auto transfer of information enables the diagnostic tool (assessment) and the treatment plan to support each other and correlate all needed information. Because the treatment plan auto populates with information from the assessment, this greatly reduces the time spent by the clinician preparing the treatment plan. The treatment plan is also intelligent and checks itself for compliance issues and must be complete in every required area. It can then be digitally signed by the patient, clinician and a quality assurance reviewer.
Once the treatment plan is completed and digitally signed it is locked and time stamped. A progress note may now be created for that patient. The progress note auto populates itself from demographics, the treatment plan, and checks for compliance.
The Simply Clinical progress note is simply magical
Progress notes automatically calculate and display all needed compliance information relating to that patient on each progress note. (ie. - If clinical supervision is required, it must be completed. All required reviews must be completed and up-to-date. Insurance company units/visits are electronically tracked and must be available and all authorizations and provider licensure must be within the correct date ranges. A provider cannot even open a new progress note unless all compliance issues are in order and the event is billable. Our system generates the payroll information based on completed progress notes verified against billing to help ensure providers are paid only for events that are billable and complete.
NEW - After a progress note is digitally signed, the billing paperwork for that note is auto-completed and submited for billing.
