About Us

Simply Clinical was born out of over 30 years of frustration, anger and at times hair pulling and teeth grinding.

At one point we owned one of the largest privately held mental health facilities in the great state of Idaho. We were audited almost every year and had some exciting conversations with auditors and legislators.

For many of those years we paid money to providers for the services they provided our clients. We would find out, often too late, the event was not billable. At times we paid money back to medicaid and other entities when audited. This was mostly due to human error, missing or incomplete documents, expired plans, reviews etc... The list goes on and on.

Compliance is difficult in the ever changing healthcare field. As soon as we learned about new changes in policy and healthcare laws, we would put policies and procedures in place. Then, in a few months to a year, they would change them again.

The Simply Clinical system was created to be a sentinel that would help you to watch over your company, and help keep you compliant and make caring for people fun again.
